15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (U.S. Residents)

Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve any dispute.
Binding Arbitration: If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be settled by binding arbitration in Hillsboro, Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
