Instructions
In a blender, combine the cooled brewed coffee, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla syrup, instant coffee granules, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and pour the blended mocha mixture into the shaker.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly.
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the serving glasses for an enticing look.
Strain the mocha mixture into the prepared glasses.
Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream for added sweetness.
Notes
Use clear glasses to showcase the layers and colors of the drink. You can also place a chocolate-covered espresso bean on top of the whipped cream for an extra touch.
