Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, cinnamon syrup, vanilla extract, and brown sugar (if using). Whisk gently and heat until steaming, but do not let it boil.
Froth the milk mixture using a milk frother, immersion blender, or whisk vigorously until it’s light and frothy.
In a large mug, pour the brewed espresso or coffee, then add the frothed milk mixture on top.
Top generously with whipped cream and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon over it for garnish.
For an extra touch, place a small cinnamon roll on the side of the mug for a delightful pairing.
