In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, red and yellow bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken and vegetables are well coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture to the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are softened.
While the chicken and vegetables are cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
Once the chicken and vegetables are done, remove them from heat. In a serving bowl, layer the cooked brown rice at the bottom.
Top the rice with the chicken and vegetable mixture, followed by a layer of corn for sweetness.
Garnish the bowl with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
