In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Preheat your toaster oven or regular oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread the chicken and avocado mixture generously over each slice of bread.
Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley before serving.
